The Verdmont Capital SA Foundation was initiated in 2006 with the mission to assist children in Panama,Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to assist school children in less affluent areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Panama, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Panama pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of donations go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus donations do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont
